The opposition Democratic Coalition (DK) has won a legal battle against the construction ministry regarding access to documents submitted in a tender for the privatization of manors. During a press conference on Saturday, DK MP László Sebián-Petrovszki criticized the government for deciding to “give away our national treasures” through the privatization process. The construction ministry had previously denied a request to release the tender documents but is now required to provide them to DK following the court’s ruling, which can still be appealed.
