Re-planning and Housing Project Underway in Selbe Subcenter
The re-planning and housing project in Selbe Subcenter is currently in progress, with a total of 2206 units on 158 hectares of land set to be freed and re-planned. These units are located in the 14th and 18th khoroo of Chingeltei district, as well as the 14th khoroo of Sukhbaatar district.
Officials responsible for collecting surveys from families conducted a survey and poll with 1429 individuals in the region. The results showed that 96.5 percent of respondents supported the land acquisition for the project.
In the first phase of the housing project in Selbe Subcenter, a total of 12,000 houses are planned to be built. Currently, 507 units have been measured in Chingeltei district and 268 units in Sukhbaatar district. The asset evaluation process is 35 percent complete.
