Government Olive Garden Product to be Sold by Sealed Envelope
The State Production Farms Department has announced that the product from the olive garden located in Paşaköy Farm will be sold from the branch by sealed envelope. The base price for the product is set at 130 thousand TL, and the last bid date is on Friday, November 17.
According to the statement made by the State Production Farms Department, interested parties can view the olive garden during working hours and submit their offers to the bid box at Paşaköy Farm until 11:00 on November 17th. The company or person who wins the tender will need to make payment to the administration and sign a contract. The buyer will be responsible for harvesting the product and showing necessary care for the trees until January 31, 2024.
The administration has the right to accept or reject the highest bid and make the tender, and it is noted that the buyer will be obliged to compensate the administration for any unusual damage done to the trees. The administration will not be responsible for any damage that the buyer may suffer due to natural disasters.
After harvesting the product, the buyer can sell the products to any person and/or company of their choice. It is important to note that the administration reserves the right to make the tender or not.
