
Serdarlı Artisan Cuisine: A New Culinary Experience by Gi-Ka Koop – BRTK Opening

Artisan Serdarlı cuisine, a project implemented by the Entrepreneur Women Development Cooperative, was recently inaugurated with a ceremony attended by prominent figures. Erol Öz, the President of the Development and Economic Cooperation Office of the Turkish Embassy, highlighted the importance of utilizing the country’s potential for economic development and stressed the significance of women’s participation in the economy.
During his speech, Öz commended Gi-Ka Koop for spearheading such initiatives that bring women together. He emphasized the role of women in supporting economic projects and promoting entrepreneurship. The Development and Economic Cooperation Office is dedicated to providing support for women’s entrepreneurship and has allocated significant resources for this purpose.
President Ersin Tatar also marked the occasion of International Working Women’s Day in his address. He underscored the vital role of women in driving production and economic growth, stating that societies with effective female participation in production tend to develop more rapidly.
Despite existing challenges in the national economy, President Tatar expressed a commitment to enhancing the country’s potential and supporting entrepreneurship.
