
Six Students Hospitalized with Suspected Food Poisoning in Tokat

Six students from Şehit Sinan Bilir Secondary School in Turkey were rushed to the hospital after experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. The students had purchased and consumed chicken doner from a nearby restaurant during their lunch break. Shortly after eating, the students started to feel nauseous, vomited, and complained of abdominal pain.
School administrators were alerted to the situation and immediately contacted health officials. The students were then taken to Tokat State Hospital for medical treatment and observation.
Food poisoning can occur when food is contaminated by bacteria, viruses, parasites, or toxins. Symptoms typically include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and fever. It is important for individuals to receive medical attention if they suspect they have food poisoning to prevent further complications.
