Snow Holiday List for Schools in Istanbul: Avcılar, Esenyurt, Arnavutköy – Last Minute Profit Barriers (11.02.2025)
Heavy snowfall and icing have caused transportation and school closures in some districts of Samsun. The Provincial Directorate of National Education released a statement announcing the suspension of classes in May 19, Alaçam, Asarcık, Wednesday, Havza, Kavak, Ladik, Terme, and Taturpazarı districts for 1 day. Additionally, Sarayköy Primary and Secondary School in Atakum district and Özeren Primary and Secondary School were also affected by the weather conditions.
As a result of the extreme weather conditions, students and teachers in these districts were advised to stay home for their safety. The photo attached shows the current list of schools on holiday due to snow in various provinces.
