Social Media Praise Leads to Capture of Istanbul Criminal Suspect
Istanbul Police Department’s Organized Crime Branch Directorate recently made a breakthrough in their efforts to combat criminal organizations. After receiving a red bulletin decision and working in collaboration with authorities in Italy, they successfully apprehended the ringleader of a criminal organization, B.B. The suspect was reportedly involved in various criminal activities, which were also shared on social media platforms.
During their investigations, the police also identified another individual, M.İ, known by the nickname “Massaka”, who was glorifying crime and criminal activities on the popular social media platform, Youtube. Thanks to their efforts, M.İ was located and detained in Pendik, Istanbul, bringing him into custody for questioning.
The successful operation highlights the dedication and expertise of the Istanbul Police Department’s Organized Crime Branch Directorate in fighting against criminal activities within the city. The suspects are now in safe custody, awaiting further legal proceedings.
