The son-in-law of AK Party Kahramanmaraş Deputy and former Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirişci, Mehmet Özcan, has tragically passed away. The news was shared by Kirişci on his social media account, where he announced that the funeral for Özcan will take place at the Balgat Central Mosque following the afternoon prayer, with burial to follow at the Karşıyaka Cemetery.
In a heartfelt statement on his official account, Kirişci expressed his grief, saying, “My only child, my son-in-law Mehmet Özcan has passed away. His funeral will be held today after the afternoon prayer at the Balgat Central Mosque, and he will be buried in the Karşıyaka Cemetery after the funeral prayer. I pray to God for mercy on Mehmet. May his grave be full of light and his resting place be heaven.”
