UBP Kyrenia District Administration Launches Special Training Series for Women’s Branch Leaders
The Kyrenia District Administration recently kicked off a special training series for the heads of all women’s branches in the district. The first training session was held at the Kyrenia district building, led by Kyrenia District Women’s Branch President Fatoş Ünal. The event was attended by heads of women’s branches and members of the Kyrenia District Women’s Management.
During the training, the topic of “Women’s Place and Communication in Society” was discussed by psychologist Duygu Deringöl from Memorial Hospital. Participants were enlightened on the role of women in society, the opportunities democracy presents for women, effective communication strategies, empathy, and perception management.
The aim of the training was to empower women, improve communication skills within the social structure, and enhance empathy abilities. The Kyrenia District Women’s Branch Training Series will continue with more sessions covering different topics in the upcoming weeks.
