The Expert Teacher Exam: What You Need to Know
The Expert Teacher Exam is quickly approaching, and candidates need to be prepared for what to expect. Here is a breakdown of what candidates can expect during the exam.
Candidates will take the exam at https://onlinesinav.meb.gov.tr/ in any environment with internet access, except for candidates who request disability measures. The exam will consist of 100 questions with five options, and candidates will have a total of 135 minutes to complete the exam.
Once the exam is started with the “Start Exam” button, there will be a “Save and Proceed” button and a counter showing the remaining time on the question page. In the last question, there will be an “End Exam” button instead of the “Save and Proceed” button.
It’s important to note that candidates will be able to finish the exam whenever they want. For candidates who do not complete the exam on time, the exam will be completed by the system at the end of 135 minutes, and the evaluation will be made accordingly.
In the event that a candidate is interrupted after starting the exam due to technical reasons, such as a power outage or internet connection problem, they will be able to use the remaining time from where they left off when they start the exam again. Those who experience technical interruptions during the exam must continue the exam from where they left off and finish the exam by November 19, 2023, at 23.59.
As for the announcement of exam results, candidates can expect the results to be announced on the websites http://www.meb.gov.tr and/or http://odsgm.meb.gov.tr as of November 24, 2023.
