Stay at Home: Gaza Administration Urges Palestinians in Gaza Strip to Remain Indoors

The Gaza Ministry of Internal Affairs has issued a statement in response to Israel’s directive for people in the north of Gaza to evacuate the area they are currently sheltering in. In the statement, the ministry urged Palestinians in the north of the city to reject Israel’s threats and not leave their homes.

The ministry highlighted that Israel’s decision to evacuate Gazan homes is aimed at expanding military attacks, particularly in the Saftavi and Abu Iskender areas in the Sheikh Ridvan District. They called on all Palestinians to remain determined and stay in their homes despite the occupation’s threats.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Internal Affairs called on countries around the world and international organizations to apply pressure on Israel to halt the forced displacement and genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Israeli Army Spokesperson Avichay Adraee also took to social media to warn residents in the D5 area in the north of Gaza of imminent danger and advised immediate evacuation.

Tensions in the region remain high as the conflict between Israel and Palestine continues, with calls for international intervention to protect the rights and safety of the people in Gaza.
