Step-by-step guide to applying for National Real Estate Specialist recruitment
The National Real Estate Specialist Assistant Specialist Competition Exam applications are now open for interested individuals. The exam will take place on March 26, 2025, and April 9, 2025, with the deadline for applications set at 23:59:59 on the E-Government – Career Gate Public Recruitment and Career Gate website at https://isecariyerikariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr.
In order to be eligible to attend the competition exam, candidates must meet the following conditions:
1.1. General conditions specified in paragraph (a) of the first paragraph of Article 48 of Law No. 657
1.2. Graduation from the Department of Real Estate Development and Management of specific faculties
1.3. Score of at least 70 points from the KPSS P48 score type
1.4. Age limit of not over thirty-five years old as of January 1 of the competition year
The evaluation of applications will be based on the number of candidates invited to the written exam, with the number not exceeding 10 times the number of staff or positions requested. Candidates will be ranked based on their central exam scores, with the top candidates being invited to the exam.
Candidates who qualify for the written exam will receive information regarding their exam location and date through a photo exam entry document published on May 12, 2025, at https://gazodym.gazi.edu.tr/. It is important to note that without this exam entry document, candidates will not be able to attend the exam.
