Sudanese President’s Son Injured in Motorcycle Crash
Son of Sudanese President Abdulfettah el-Burhan, Mohamed A. Fettah el-Burhan Rahman, was involved in a serious motorcycle accident on Kiraz Boulevard in Kızılcaşar District in the evening hours. The incident occurred when Rahman’s motorcycle collided with a light commercial vehicle in front of him, causing the motorcycle to overturn and Rahman to be thrown several meters away.
Upon witnessing the accident, bystanders immediately alerted health and police teams who rushed to the scene. Paramedics determined that Rahman had sustained serious injuries and provided him with first aid before transporting him to Bilkent City Hospital via ambulance.
The driver of the light commercial vehicle involved in the crash was detained by authorities. Rahman was admitted to the hospital’s intensive care unit and was reported to be in critical condition.
