Refugee Rights Association Calls for Support on World Refugee Day
The Refugee Rights Association (MHD) has reaffirmed its commitment to improving the living conditions of refugees and raising awareness in this field. On the occasion of June 20 World Refugee Day, the association issued a statement calling for support for their efforts and the protection of the rights of refugees.
In their statement, the association emphasized the importance of recognizing that every refugee is a human being who deserves a dignified life. They urged society to take steps towards offering refugees a better future.
The ongoing wars and conflicts in the Middle East were highlighted as factors that have deeply affected the lives of millions of people, leading to forced displacement and migration. The crisis in Palestine, in particular, was noted to have caused suffering and migration for generations, requiring immediate attention and actions.
Refugees, who flee from war and persecution in search of safety and a better life, often face obstacles that deprive them of their basic rights and make survival difficult. Governments and the international community were called upon to provide refugees with a life that upholds human dignity.
