Surpassing Goals and Taking on Challenges
The fuel and energy complex of Turkmenistan has successfully met the production targets for oil and gas condensate in the first two months of the year, achieving a rate of 100.2%. Additionally, the export of gas saw a growth index of 100.5% compared to the same period last year.
Notably, the country’s oil refining plan was surpassed, reaching a level of 101.9%. Lubricating oil manufacturers stood out with impressive results, exceeding the plan by 9%. Gasoline and diesel fuel producers also surpassed their goals, albeit by smaller margins of 1.8% and 0.4% respectively.
Deputy Prime Minister Batyr Amanov, overseeing the fuel and energy complex, presented these achievements to the head of state during a government meeting. In response, the President of Turkmenistan directed the Deputy Prime Minister to implement additional measures to further increase raw material production. This is crucial to ensure that the country’s oil refining complexes can operate at their full design capacity.
With a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets, Turkmenistan’s fuel and energy sector is poised for continued success in the coming months.
