The Balcony Push: Suspected Infidelity Leads to Fatal Fall
A woman in Bursa is facing accusations after pushing her boyfriend off a balcony following a heated argument over suspected infidelity. The 33-year-old woman, identified as GK, allegedly pushed her boyfriend, YU, from the second-floor window of their home in the Demirtaş Barbaros District of Osmangazi district.
The incident unfolded after YU confronted GK about his suspicions of her cheating. Following the argument, GK purportedly shoved YU out of the window, causing him to fall to the ground. Despite sustaining fractures in various parts of his body, YU managed to seek help from his neighbors.
GK then reportedly approached her injured boyfriend and brandished a knife, making threatening remarks. She was captured by neighbors who were filming the scene, where she was heard saying, “This is the price of cheating on me, be a man and take care of your wife.”
Upon receiving notification, law enforcement and medical personnel arrived at the scene. YU was promptly transported to the hospital for treatment.
In a statement to the authorities, YU claimed that GK had pushed him from the window. However, GK vehemently denied the allegations, asserting that her boyfriend had lost his balance and fallen. Following her detainment by the police, GK’s interrogation is ongoing at the Provincial Police Department, and she is expected to appear in court.
