Israeli Diplomatic Mission in Turkmenistan Celebrates 10th Anniversary
The Israeli diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan recently marked its 10th anniversary in the country with a grand reception at the Israeli Embassy. The event, held on July 20, was attended by Deputy Head of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry, Berdiniyaz Matiyev, and heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan.
During the reception, Israeli Ambassador Ismail Khaldi expressed his satisfaction with the strong partnership between Israel and Turkmenistan. He stated that over the past 10 years, the embassy’s efforts have strengthened and deepened the bilateral relationship, making it more important for both nations. The Israeli Embassy has successfully created new opportunities and developed cooperation with Turkmenistan in various sectors such as agriculture, medicine, energy, and political consultations.
In addition to celebrating the 10th anniversary, the Israeli Embassy in Turkmenistan also inaugurated a new building on April 20 of this year. The ceremony was attended by the Foreign Ministers of both countries, Rashid Meredov and Eli Cohen. During the inauguration, it was highlighted that the relations between Israel and Turkmenistan hold significant importance in terms of security and politics.
The Israeli diplomatic mission continues to play a vital role in fostering closer ties between Israel and Turkmenistan. Through various projects, delegations, and cooperation initiatives, both countries aim to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
