The Turkish Police Catches Drug Dealer in Aksaray!

A reckless driver in Aksaray, who had previously escaped from the police while driving drunk, was caught this time with drugs in his vehicle. The driver, identified as Ö.E. (23), was stopped by the Provincial Police Department Public Security Branch teams after displaying suspicious behavior on Şehit Mehmet Ali Demir Street in Büyükbölcek Neighborhood. Upon searching the vehicle, the police found narcotics, leading to the immediate arrest of the driver.

During interrogation, it was revealed that Ö.E. had been previously caught driving under the influence of alcohol around 3.5 months ago. In that incident, he had boldly stated, “You cannot escape from the Turkish police” upon being apprehended. This time, when asked to blow into a breathalyzer to check for alcohol intake, the driver refused, resulting in a hefty fine and a two-year suspension of his license.

After being taken into custody, Ö.E. refused to get into the back seat of the police car, insisting that he wouldn’t comply. The police eventually managed to secure him in the vehicle along with two other individuals who were also detained.

An investigation into the incident has been initiated by the Aksaray Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office. This series of events serves as a stark reminder of the consequences of reckless driving and substance abuse on the roads.
