Three Arrested for Puncturing Tires of 19 Vehicles in Istanbul
Last Night Vandalism in Cumhuriyet District Leads to Arrest of Three Suspects
Residents of Cumhuriyet District woke up to a disturbing sight this morning as they discovered that the tires of several parked vehicles had been cut. The citizens immediately reported the incident to the police, who quickly arrived at the scene to investigate.
After reviewing security camera footage, the police identified 19 vehicles that had been damaged. Through their investigation, they were able to determine the identities and addresses of the suspects responsible for the vandalism. FA, Ş.B., and AE were taken into custody in connection to the crime.
Upon questioning, the suspects admitted to committing the act under the influence of alcohol. The security camera footage clearly captured the suspects walking down the road and cutting the tire of a vehicle.
The three suspects were brought before the courthouse and were subsequently arrested by the criminal judgeship of peace on duty. It serves as a reminder of the importance of community vigilance and cooperation in keeping our neighborhoods safe.
