TMO to Buy Grain from 530 Locations

Turkish Grain Board (TMO) has announced a pricing system that meets the expectations of wheat and barley farmers, according to TMO General Manager Ahmet Güldal. The prices of the grains were $150 above the world market prices, and the announcement had a positive impact on both industry representatives and producers. Despite the delay in spring rains, there was no delay in the TMO’s program and they continued to work as planned. As per the grain premium support application, it will continue to expand the scope this year and every producer registered with the Farmer Registration System can benefit from it. TMO is ready for purchases with its entire organization, and they have prepared approximately 530 points for purchases. Payment will be made to the producer within 30 days, and TMO will also closely monitor the market for other products in its field of duty.
