Deputy President Zorlu Töre Hosts Veteran Football Team from Muğla
Deputy President and Speaker of the Republic Assembly, Zorlu Töre, recently welcomed a veteran team delegation from Muğla’s Milas district to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) to participate in a football tournament organized by the Batmazoğlu Veteran Team.
According to a statement released by the Assembly of the Republic, Milas Mayor Muhammet Tokat, who spoke at the reception in the Assembly Hall of Honor, expressed his joy at sharing the holiday and extended his congratulations on the anniversary of the founding of the TRNC.
During his speech, President Töre emphasized that the TRNC is a national state and that the lands are entrusted to the beloved martyrs. He also expressed his appreciation for the meaningfulness of the organization and wished it success.
