The conference was attended by various officials including Kırşehir Governor Hüdayar Mete Buhara, provincial administrators, university administration, academicians, and students. He addressed calls from international circles for the withdrawal of Turkish soldiers from Cyprus and restrictions on seismic research in the Eastern Mediterranean, reaffirming that the rights and interests of the Turkish people in Cyprus will always be safeguarded in unity with the Motherland.

President Töre criticized the international community for its failure to address the attacks and injustices faced by Turkish Cypriots throughout history, emphasizing that Turkey and the Turkish army serve as the ultimate guarantee for their protection. He declared that the Cyprus cause is not just the concern of Turkish Cypriots but also the entire Turkish world.

In his concluding remarks, President Töre stressed the importance of preserving ancestral, national, and spiritual values to prevent deception. Following the conference, he was honored with the Distinguished Service Award by the University administration.

Additionally, President Töre paid his respects at the Martyrs Cemetery, specifically visiting the grave of Martyr Air Pilot Petty Officer Sergeant Ahmet Tozluklu.
