
Tour Bus Crashes After Driver Suffers Heart Attack

A tragic accident occurred on the Northern Marmara Highway when a tour bus carrying pilgrims returning from Umrah crashed into a car. The incident took place at the Thermal-2 junction after the driver lost control of the steering wheel.
The bus, under the management of MG, was carrying approximately 50 passengers who had arrived at Istanbul Airport. Despite the bus skidding and scraping against roadside barriers, all passengers emerged from the accident unscathed. However, it was revealed that the bus driver suffered a heart attack during the collision.
Fortunately, the driver of the car that was hit also escaped the accident without any serious injuries. Sadly, despite the efforts of paramedics, the bus driver, MG, passed away after being taken to the hospital.
Following the incident, the passengers were transferred to another bus that arrived at the scene to continue their journey with their luggage. Meanwhile, authorities are working to clear the road by removing the vehicles involved in the accident.
This serves as a reminder of the importance of road safety and the unpredictable nature of accidents. Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the driver who lost his life in this tragic event.
