Tragic Accident: Child Falls from 9th Floor while Celebrating Eid with Grandmother
A 7-year-old child, identified as HB, fell from the 9th floor of a 14-storey apartment building in Çakır Street, Köşk District. The incident occurred while the child was allegedly going to visit his grandmother for the holiday. Upon falling into the garden from the window, the child sustained injuries and was immediately attended to by health and police teams.
After receiving initial medical care at the scene, the injured child was transferred to Erciyes University (ERÜ) Faculty of Medicine for further treatment. Meanwhile, Crime Scene Investigation teams conducted a thorough examination of the apartment garden where the incident took place.
An investigation has been initiated to determine the circumstances surrounding the fall of the child from the building. More details will be revealed as the authorities continue to look into the matter.
