Tragic Death in Izmir: Victim Dragged 18 Meters
A 19-year-old driver, Mustafa Efe Özel, lost his life tragically in a car accident that occurred in İnönü District of Çeşme district. According to the information obtained, Mustafa Efe Özel was driving a vehicle with license plate 35 RGZ 68 at Çakabey Junction when the accident happened.
It was reported that the vehicle, driven by Özel, entered a gravel and sandy area across the road, causing him to lose control of the steering wheel. As a result, the vehicle fell onto the median and was dragged for 18 meters before hitting a pine tree in the median. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, Mustafa Efe Özel succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene.
Mustafa Efe Özel was a student at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University and had been driving his father’s vehicle at the time of the accident. An investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of the accident.
