Tragic Incident in Bursa: 4-Year-Old Boy Dies After Being Left in Car
Tragedy struck in Bursa’s İnegöl district as 4-year-old Ali Furkan G. lost his life due to suffocation after being left in a car by his father, Mehmet G. The heartbreaking incident took place on Karalar Yolu Street, Akhisar District, İnegöl district.
According to reports, Mehmet G., a contractor, had taken his son Ali Furkan with him to inspect an ongoing construction site. Allegedly, Mehmet G. left his son in the car while he inspected the construction site. Upon returning, he found Ali Furkan lying motionless in the car. In a state of panic, Mehmet G. rushed his son to a nearby private hospital by car. Despite the efforts made at the hospital, Ali Furkan could not be revived.
Following an investigation by the prosecutor’s office, Ali Furkan’s body was sent to the Forensic Medicine Institute to determine the exact cause of death. The police have also launched an inquiry into the tragic incident.
This heartbreaking story serves as a reminder of the dangers of leaving children unattended in vehicles, particularly during hot weather. Authorities continue to stress the importance of vigilance and caution when it comes to the safety of children in such situations.
