Transition Training on TCG Kınalıada Corvette
The TCG Kınalıada corvette of the Turkish Navy recently participated in transition training with the AL FATEH corvette of the Egyptian Navy. This training took place on August 20, 2024, at the conclusion of the TCG Kınalıada’s visit to the port of Alexandria in Egypt.
The TCG Kınalıada had been on a return voyage from Japan, where it had visited to celebrate the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Turkey and Japan. The training with the Egyptian Navy’s corvette signifies the strong defense cooperation and partnership between Turkey and Egypt.
