Heavy fog in Kastamonu’s Tosya district has caused significant disruptions to transportation in the area. The fog, which was particularly dense in the district center and on village roads, drastically reduced visibility on the D-100 highway, with some areas seeing visibility drop to just 70 meters.

In response to the hazardous conditions, the Tosya Regional Traffic Control Station teams implemented safety precautions on the highway.
