TRNC Participated in the 4th Meeting of the Council of Turkish States Appraisal Experts Associations
The fourth meeting of the Council of Turkish States Valuation Experts Unions and the International Appraisal Conference took place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Representatives from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Georgia were in attendance, along with the Association of Northern Cyprus Real Estate Appraisal Experts from the TRNC.
During the conference, discussions focused on various topics such as expropriation, hotel valuation procedures, automatic valuation systems, historical building values, and international valuation standards and practices. Kutay Ramiz, the President of the Northern Cyprus Real Estate Valuation Experts Union, also gave a presentation on these important issues.
