Türkay Uzun Sılalı Appointed President at KTEMB 13th General Assembly Meeting
The 13th Ordinary General Assembly of the Cyprus Turkish Electrical Contractors Association (KTEMB) took place yesterday at the Taner Akcan Apprenticeship and Adult Education Center. During the assembly, the new Board members were elected, with Yıltan Palmer being chosen as the Board President, and Fadıl Korkut and Mehmet Nasiboğlu as the Board Clerks. A moment of silence was observed in remembrance of the deceased Union members.
Following the election, former President Bora Karaçam presented to the General Assembly, where the activity and financial reports were reviewed and approved. The financial report, presented by the 13th Term Treasurer Mertsan Direl, was also approved by vote. The new members of the Presidency, Board of Directors, Honorary Board, and Audit Board for the 14th Term were unanimously selected as follows: Union President: Türkay Uzun Sılalı, Board members: Mertsan Direl, Celal Hasan Cin, Barım Erdoğan, Özden Gençalp, Hüseyin Aygün, Tarkan Bulancak, Aral İrtem (Alternate Member), İmam Ataman (Alternate Member), Honorary Board members: Aziz Limasollu, Mehmet Nasiboğlu, Ersoy Olkanlı, Halit Aygün, Bora Karaçam, and Supervisory Board: Yıltan Palmer, Fadıl Korkut.
Following the formation of the new management bodies, 14th Term Board of Directors President Türkay Uzun Sılalı expressed the goal of taking the Union to a higher level in all aspects and emphasized the importance of collaboration among the Board of Directors and all members in achieving this goal. The Association looks forward to the leadership and guidance provided by the new Board members in the upcoming term.
