According to the statement released by the ministry, a total of 7 planes were used to transfer the individuals to Turkey. Among those who were brought to Turkey, 2 were from the USA, and 1 each from Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Norway, and Russia. As part of the swap operation, 10 hostages, including 2 children, were transferred to Russia, 13 hostages to Germany, and 3 hostages to the USA.

The statement highlighted the meticulous planning and execution of the operation, stating that all security measures, logistic planning, and requirements were overseen by Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization.
