“Turkey’s Minister Nabati Vows to Stand by the Nation”
Minister of Treasury and Finance and AK Party Mersin deputy candidate, Nureddin Nebati, has highlighted the agricultural riches of Mut district during his visit to Mersin. Speaking in front of the AK Party District Presidency, Minister Nebati said that the district’s agricultural products could be sent all over the world once the Çukurova Regional Airport is operational. He reassured the producers that the government will continue to develop agriculture and animal husbandry and stand by them.
Minister Nebati mentioned that the amount of agricultural support in Turkey has increased from 1.8 billion liras to 57.6 billion liras in the last 21 years, making Turkey a net exporter in agriculture. He credited the government’s efforts in breaking records in agriculture and food exports.
The minister also criticized the Nation Alliance’s attitude towards unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and SİHAs, saying that they were against the country’s defense system. He called upon those who oppose UAVs and SİHAs, claiming to be nationalists, to calculate what they gain by stopping these defense systems. He stressed that Turkey is a country that cannot be given away with such cheap calculations.
In closing, Minister Nebati called for support to re-elect President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, saying that Turkey will become a global power and will continue to grow under his leadership. He urged the public to say “Enough, the word and the decision belong to the nation” and elect President Erdoğan on May 14.
