Çavuşoğlu also highlighted Turkey’s role in facilitating contacts between the Russian State Atomic Energy Agency (ROSATOM) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). He mentioned Turkey’s efforts in providing a prisoner exchange between Ukraine and Russia and implemented the Montreux Convention meticulously in the region.
