Turkish Cypriot Youth Technical Committee Members Revealed, Reports BRTK
President Ersin Tatar has established the 13th Technical Committee known as the two-sided Youth Technical Committee of the Turkish Cypriot side, consisting of the president and members of the Turkish Cypriot side.
In a statement released by the Presidency, the list of members from the Turkish Cypriot side appointed by President Tatar to the Youth Technical Committee has been shared with the United Nations. This decision was made during a meeting in Geneva between the two leaders, where they agreed to establish a joint technical committee to work on youth-related issues. This decision was confirmed during a meeting on 2nd April by both parties, with the list of members being forwarded to the United Nations.
The main objective of the Youth Technical Committee is to bring young people from both sides together to collaborate on common projects and enhance dialogue on youth matters.
The members appointed by President Ersin Tatar to the Youth Technical Committee are as follows: Vehbi Zeki Serter (President of the Turkish Cypriot side), Bengisu Arar, Elis Sönmez, Lal Sargun, Zehra Beyar, Aslı Özgen, Cansu Özcezarlı, Gizem Aytaç, Güzide Sofi, Hüsrev Tancer, Şenkal Bayramoğlu, İbrahim Beycanlı, Erden Pekri, Hüseyin Aran, and Mert Nihat Ecevit.
