The Deputy Prime Minister explained that the intention is to establish a special commission that will be responsible for handling matters related to the assignment of personal pensions. The composition of this commission will be approved at the highest level of the government.
The procedure for appointing personal pensions for individuals rendering special services in Turkmenistan has been drafted based on the provisions outlined in the Code on Social Protection of the Population.

The implementation of this new regulation reflects Turkmenistan’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding the contributions made by those who have served the state in special capacities. By establishing a commission dedicated to the assignment of personal pensions, the government aims to ensure a transparent and fair system for evaluating and granting these benefits.
This initiative signifies a significant step forward in Turkmenistan’s efforts to strengthen social protection measures and highlights the government’s commitment to ensuring the well-being and security of its citizens. Turkmenistan continues to prioritize the development of effective policies and regulations to support and protect its population.
