Turkmenistan’s Ministry of Energy Initiates International Tender for Substation Construction
The Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan has announced an international tender for the turnkey construction of 35kV and 110kV substations in the Balkan province. The project, known as divisible lot No. 1, is open to interested parties who meet the following criteria:
Those wishing to participate must submit a written application to the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan, providing their full name, legal status, country of registration, and contact details. The lot specification and technical requirements can be obtained from the Department of Advanced Development, New Technologies, and Capital Construction of the Ministry of Energy.
A package of tender documents can be acquired by paying a fee of $1,500 (excluding VAT and bank payments). Tender offers will be accepted until March 22, 2024, at 16:00 local time. It is important to note that packages with tender offers will only be considered after funds have been credited to the account.
