Two Kazakh Teams Make it to World Google Hackathon Finals

Two teams from Kazakhstan have made it to the top 100 in the global Google Solution Challenge hackathon, beating 5,000 other participants. The annual event sees students from around the world propose solutions aimed at achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The two qualifying Kazakh projects included the BeJomart project, which aims to help people in need, and the ReVita project, which helps patients recover from organ transplantation. The top 10 teams will be announced in mid-June and will be admitted to the demo day in August, with top prizes that include $3,000 per team member and a mentorship with a Google expert.
