
Understanding Haksen’s “Good Administration Law” for Education

The Equal Rights and Justice Union (Haksen) recently organized a training session on the ‘good administration law’. In a statement released by Haksen, it was highlighted that the training covered topics such as the purpose and application areas of the good administration law, principles of good administration, rules regulating administrative procedures, and lawsuits on the administration.
The training session was conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Can Azer from the EMU Faculty of Law. Participants who completed the training received certificates from Haksen.
The event aimed to educate members on the importance of good administration practices and the legal framework surrounding administrative procedures. It provided valuable insights and knowledge on ensuring justice and equality in administrative processes. Haksen continues to work towards promoting fairness and accountability in governance through such initiatives.
