The 112 Emergency Call Center is a vital service that is available 24 hours a day to assist with emergencies that are life-threatening. Dr. Kurt also highlighted some of the absurd demands that have been made to the call center, such as requesting information about genetic diseases or asking for transportation to the airport. Such calls divert resources and attention away from genuine emergencies, potentially putting lives at risk.
