
Upcoming ÖGG Exam: Private Security Training Dates Announced

The General Directorate of Security (EGM) has announced the exam schedule for the ÖGG exam, which will be held in December. The ÖGG exam is part of the Private Security 106th Basic Training and 82nd Renewal Training program.
Candidates who will take the armed exam will have a 150-minute duration to answer 100 general questions and 25 weapons-related questions. Those taking the unarmed exam will have 120 minutes for 100 general questions, while candidates taking the weapon difference exam will have 120 minutes to answer 25 weapons-related questions. No additional time will be given, and candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam hall within the first 30 minutes and the last 20 minutes.
The exam will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions, each worth one point. Candidates taking the gun difference exam will be asked 25 multiple-choice gun knowledge questions, with each question worth two points. The results of the ÖGG exam will be announced on January 5, 2023.
