"Our aim is to approach all municipalities equally and fairly, without political distinctions," he stated, remarking on the necessity for mayors to fulfill their financial responsibilities.
Işıkhan acknowledged that some municipalities have faced challenges with premium debts and have begun cooperating with authorities to resolve these issues. As of now, a total of TL 28.2 billion has been successfully collected, which significantly supports health services and other expenses covered by social security.
