Wedding Party Transport Accident: 27 Injured as Minibus Overturns
A tour minibus carrying passengers from Ankara to the Şarkışla district of Sivas for a wedding, was involved in a serious accident on its way to Gemerek. The minibus, driven by YN, lost control on the slippery road due to rain and overturned into a ditch.
As a result of the accident, 27 passengers on board the minibus sustained injuries. The authorities were promptly notified, and gendarmerie, AFAD, health teams, and an ambulance helicopter were dispatched to the scene to provide assistance. The injured individuals were swiftly transported to hospitals in the city for medical treatment.
