Weekend Roadwork on Fazıl Küçük Street to Nicosia Entrance
Nicosia Turkish Municipality to Asphalt Roads in Weekend
The Nicosia Turkish Municipality (LTB) announced that asphalting works will be carried out on SHT. Dr. Mustafa Ahmet Ruso Street and Fazıl Küçük Street during the weekend. The work will be in the direction of both Hamitköy-Haspolat and Taşkınköy, and alternative routes will be provided for entry into Nicosia and the city.
According to the statement released by LTB, access to the city from Fazıl Küçük Street will be available through Atatürk Sports Hall Traffic Lights, Taşkınköy Industrial Traffic Lights, and Hamitköy Çemberi. The work is scheduled to begin tomorrow at 07.00 and will continue throughout the weekend, with the roads reopening to vehicle traffic on Monday morning.
