Wizz Air Abu Dhabi boosts summer flights to Kazakhstan

Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, a low-cost airline, is set to increase the number of flights between Astana and Abu Dhabi from three to five times a week starting July 1, according to reports from the Civil Aviation Committee’s press service. The company will operate daily flights from Almaty to Abu Dhabi on Airbus 320 and Airbus 321 aircraft starting August 4. This move is expected to boost tourism, cultural, investment, and business cooperation between the two countries. Meanwhile, Kazakhstan’s national carrier, Air Astana, is resuming seasonal flights to Georgia, Greece, Montenegro, and Turkey for the summer period.
