Ahmet Yener Continues to Serve on the Tenth Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation
Ahmet Yener, who was born in Beypazarı on April 13, 1966, has had an impressive career in law. After graduating from Ankara Imam Hatip High School, Yener went on to earn his law degree from Istanbul University in 1989. He then completed his military service in Ankara.
Yener began his career as a candidate for judge in Ankara and served as a Judge in Baykan, Yığılca, Sivrihisar, Osmaniye, and Kırıkkale. In 2011, he was elected as a Member of the Court of Cassation and continues to serve on the Tenth Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
Throughout his career, Yener has authored several collaborative works, including “Duty and Authority in Compensation Cases Caused by Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases,” “Moral Compensation Cases Caused by Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases,” “Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases,” and “Material Compensation Cases Caused by Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases.”
Yener is a married father of three. He has dedicated his life to upholding justice and the rule of law and continues to inspire others in the legal profession to do the same.
