1 Ton of Tosun Sold for 250 Thousand Liras
Livestock breeder Bilal Efe in Adapazarı district recently made a significant sale, with 77 out of the 80 cattle on his farm being sold to customers. Efe, who comes from a family with a long history of livestock breeding in Karakamış District, mentioned that they had sold most of the sacrificial animals before the holiday season.
The highlight of the sale was a bun weighing approximately 1 ton and 100 kilograms, which was sold for a whopping 250 thousand liras. Efe expressed gratitude for successfully completing the sale, with only 3 cattle remaining on the farm.
When asked about the varying prices of sacrificial shares, Efe mentioned that it usually ranges between 25-30 thousand lira. Despite a slight decrease in sales this year, he remains optimistic about making up for it in the following year.
As Eid celebrations continue, Efe extended his congratulations to everyone and emphasized the importance of being careful during the slaughtering process. The successful sale not only marks a profitable transaction for Efe but also reflects the dedication and tradition of his family in the livestock breeding business.
