10 Unlicensed Weapons Seized in Germencik – Latest News from Turkey
Aydın Provincial Gendarmerie Command KOM Branch Directorate, in collaboration with the Germencik District Gendarmerie Command teams, recently conducted a successful operation targeting arms smuggling and the use of unlicensed weapons.
Suspected individuals in the Germencik district were raided by the MS and KE units, resulting in the seizure of a significant amount of illegal weaponry. Among the items confiscated were 8 unlicensed hunting rifles, 1 unlicensed fully automatic rifle, a pistol, a musca, 200 hunting rifle cartridges, and 70 pistol cartridges.
The individuals involved were promptly arrested and detained, with the commencement of a judicial process now underway. The authorities are diligently pursuing the investigation to ensure that those responsible are held accountable for their actions.
