11 Super League Clubs and Hasan Arat Referred to PFDK for Investigation

Several Turkish football clubs and individuals have recently been disciplined for various reasons, according to a statement from the Turkish Football Federation (TFF).

Among the clubs that were sent to discipline are Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe, Beşiktaş, Trabzonspor, Mondihome Kayserispor, Atakaş Hatayspor, RAMS Başakşehir, Yılport Samsunspor, Siltaş Yapı Pendikspor, Adana Demirspor, and Corendon Alanyaspor.

Beşiktaş Club President Hasan Arat has also been referred to the Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) for his comments about the referees and other match officials.

Kayserispor Coach Burak Yılmaz, Beşiktaş football player Omar Colley, Samsunspor’s Marius Mouandilmadji, and Fatih Karagümrük’s Federico Ceccherini were also disciplined for various violations.

Additionally, clubs from the Trendyol 1st League, including Bodrum FK, Eyüpspor, Sakaryaspor, Ahlatcı Çorum FK, and ASTOR Enerji Şanlıurfaspor, were referred to PFDK.

Eyüpspor Coach Arda Turan and Bodrum FK Coach İsmet Taşdemir were disciplined for unsportsmanlike conduct, while Eyüpspor player Caner Erkin was disciplined for unauthorized entry into accredited areas, despite being previously expelled for insults and threats.

This latest wave of disciplinary actions serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining sportsmanship and fair play within the Turkish football community.
