201 New Industrial Investments Request Land Allocation in 1 Week – Latest News
Minister Mehmet Fatih Kacır is making significant strides in the allocation of investment areas in Organized Industrial Zones (OIZs) to industrialists. In a recent post on his social media account, Minister Kacır shared some promising data regarding the progress being made in this area.
In the first week alone, Minister Kacır revealed that allocations were made for 170 investment places in 56 OIZs. Additionally, preliminary allocation applications were submitted for 31 investment places in 5 OIZs. This means that a total of 201 applications were processed within just one week.
The demand for land allocation for new investments is clearly on the rise, with applications pouring in for 1484 investment places in 133 OIZs. Preliminary allocation applications are still underway in 6 OIZs, indicating a growing interest in industrial investments.
Minister Kacır emphasized the importance of the transparent and rapid allocation process that has been put in place, stating that it is playing a key role in accelerating industrial investments across the country. With these proactive steps being taken, it is clear that the Turkish industrial sector is poised for growth and development in the near future.
