2025-2026 Fulbright Foreign Student Program
The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is now open for graduate students and young professionals who wish to pursue a Master’s degree in U.S. universities for the academic year 2025-2026. This program is available to individuals from Tajikistan, with the exception of medical sciences, and priority areas include Business, Entrepreneurship, Journalism, Communications, and Women, Gender & Law Studies.
To be eligible for the program, applicants must be citizens of Tajikistan residing in the country, hold a bachelor’s degree, and have a minimum of two years of professional experience. The application process requires the submission of various documents, including academic transcripts, reference letters, and TOEFL and GRE test scores.
Selected participants will receive J-1 visa support, tuition and fees coverage, health insurance, a monthly stipend, books and supplies, and international airfare to and from the U.S. The selection criteria emphasize a high level of English proficiency, outstanding academic records, and a strong commitment to completing the program.
The application deadline for the Fulbright Foreign Student Program is May 17, 2024. Interested applicants can access the online application at https://apply.iie.org/ffsp2025/. Nominations are made by the U.S. Embassy and reviewed by independent committees.
